Who We Work With

Employers with benefits programs to build, review, or improve.

We work with organizations across industries. Employers setting up a first plan, growing teams that have outgrown what they started with, and larger groups managing long-running programs. The work changes by group size, but the need is usually the same: clear advice, careful renewal work, and a plan that fits the organization.

Common Situations

Common client situations.

Establishing a First Benefits Plan

You want to offer benefits, but need help deciding what coverage, cost-sharing, carrier setup, and budget actually make sense. A first plan should be simple enough to manage and structured carefully enough to remain sustainable after the first renewal.

Growing or Changing Workforce

A plan that worked for ten employees may not work for thirty, fifty, or a hundred. As teams grow, benefits often need clearer classes, better communication, stronger renewal management, and a structure that can handle change.

Larger, Long-Running Benefits Programs

Larger plans need close attention. Renewal pressure, claims experience, pooling, employee questions, plan design, and carrier negotiations all matter more when the program has been running for years.

Market Review or Advisor Change

If a plan has been with the same carrier or advisor for years, it may be worth reviewing the market. That does not always mean moving carriers. The goal is to understand whether a move is warranted.

Sector Relationships

Sector relationships and association work.

In select sectors, Proact supports employers through member programs, preferred vendor relationships, and industry involvement.

Member Benefits Program

Camping In Ontario

Camping In Ontario members have access to a group benefits program designed for campground operators, including smaller teams and seasonal workforces.

The plan provides access to preferred group rates on health, dental, vision, life insurance, and emergency travel coverage.

Preferred Vendor

Ontario Camps Association

As an OCA Preferred Vendor, Proact supports camps, outdoor education organizations, and camp-sector suppliers with group benefits advice and renewal support.

Camp employers often deal with seasonal staffing, mixed employee groups, tight budgets, and a strong need to support the people who make the season work.

Consultant Member

Ontario Museum Association

As a consultant member of the Ontario Museum Association, Proact stays connected to museums and cultural organizations that need practical benefits guidance for lean teams and funding-sensitive environments.
